They were great!! They squeezed me into their schedule to do an estimate for my truck, super nice & very professional. Quick & easy & did a thorough job. Would absolutely return to this business!

Chris and the team at Gerber Collision provided excellent service after a deer ran into my car, causing significant damage. The entire repair process, including communication with my insurance and arranging a rental car while my car was in the shop, was incredibly smooth. I appreciated the frequent communication during the time my car was being repaired, and never had to wonder about the status. I would recommend Gerber Collision on Old Shoals Road in Arden to everyone!

Truly the best repair shop one could ask for. Chris was so kind the moment I arrived. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and was told it would be ready in a week. I was able to pick it up Thursday morning! My car looked like it was never in a wreck, they cleaned the exterior and the interior smelled like lemons! Chris is great, the very sweet woman at the check in desk is great, great communication all around. I cannot recommend them enough!

Quality repair, communication could improve. I recently received 2 repairs from Joe Judson Collision. On the first repair, the process went quite smoothly until I picked up my car. I'd arrived very close to 5:00, the time their shop closed. The man rushed my keys and printout out to me and took my rental car keys. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the repair was incomplete (door guards had not been reinstalled). But they'd already locked their doors, so I called and left a voicemail. This was a Friday afternoon. The following Monday, I did not receive a call back, so I called their shop about 4:30pm. They apologized, said they'd seen that I'd made a 2nd appointment for repair (which I had, for a different incident), explained they'd been in a hurry to leave Friday, and apologized for not letting me know about the missing door guards. They assured me the door guards would be installed during the second repair. After the second repair was complete, all the door guards were in place, and I was happy with the result and quality of the repairs. However, the company's lack of communication and follow up on an incomplete repair was a letdown. They did, however, give continued and accura

This shop lied to me and the job they done was unsatisfactory: I def wouldnβt have taken my car here but my ins company decided for me. Which I am dropping them as well because Iβve been done so wrong and the collision wasnβt my fault. The shop agreed to 8 days for repairs. I understand with holidays parts can take extra time to arrive. But 20 days. And the car looks awful. The paint has runs;; they ruined my new seat covers I just put on the morning I dropped the vehicle off. They broke my gear shift knob. The paint is all over the inside on my dash. Just completely awful. Then I received a phone call on day 20 stating I needed to have the battery replaced because there team left the keys in the switch to the on position. Most shops know Kia has a major recall with ignition switch and a simple wiggle of the gears and the keys will come out. So Iβm stuck replacing another 85$ part on there behalf. Along with trying to get paint splatter off my windows and dash n seats. My 60$ seat covers went in the trash. So I wouldnβt recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work. And the pics they sent my ins company doesnβt match the work that was done to the vehicle either.
